The World Eater runs on the Vassal Engine (for now at least). Download it here. Install it while the datapack downloads. (To download, press Ctrl+S)
Once everything is downloaded and installed, open Vassal. It will open a new window. Click on jump right in. Your module library should show up. Unzip the datapack. Go to File -> Open Module, and open the module that you downloaded (extension .vmod). The World Eater should now show up in the module library. Right click it and click add extension, then add the cardpack you downloaded (extension .mdx). Now you may double-click it to bring up the module wizard, which you can use to join games.
